The other night I sat down with my daughter and watched Playing the Moldovans at Tennis the latest film from comic, writer and all around rather charming chap Tony Hawkes. We both really enjoyed this quirky, touching and funny film. It's a good test, if an old bloke and a teenage girl both like a film, I think that's a fairly good test.
Tony is currently trudging around the country showing the film at various locations, if he's in your neck of the woods pop along and have a look. Not only is he a supremely gifted storyteller, musician and performer, he's also raising money for a very good cause which is subtlety revealing in the film.
