« Madames et Monsieurs, la naine rouge dix! | Main | In the UK but don't get Dave on your telly? »

Hey ho, Pip and Dandy!

I've just scrolled through the thousands of Tweets that came in over night, and the hundreds of comments on Google+. I'm very grateful and happy and will pass on the sentiment to the rest of the cast. If you liked the 1st one, you're going to love the rest.
Also, the show will be available on iTunes and Netflix around the world later this year, I know some PBS stations in the USA will be showing the series and no doubt it'll be on in Australia and New Zealand. As yet I don't have any details but I know it's supposed to be happening.
The DVD's are released globally on 19th November.

Thanks for watching.

I was fortunate to see "The Beginning" being filmed, so I knew this series was going to be good!

Really enjoyed it - the exam question gag was classic Red Dwarf - you could see the punchline coming a mile off, but the way you guys delivered it was hilarious.

Well done to all involved.

I thought the first episode of Red Dwarf X was a return to form and I'm delighted to find yet another blog for me to follow.

Allow me to add a gigantic, crazy, over the top Rimmer salute to you all, I watched Trojan during my lunch break today and couldn't stop laughing, it was marvellous... "We just hosed him down and gave him a hat" :D

Just watched 'Trojan'. The boys ARE back!
I have to say though, Kryten's head doesn't look quite right though.
Looking forward to the rest of the series

Wowsers. Trojan was quite terrific, the combination work prior to Danny's 'Moose' pay-off being especially good and up there with the best the show's ever achieved, imo (which is 'White Hole', btw, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise). Looks like Doug's got his mojo back, too - praise be, and it all bodes well for next week's exciting installment!

Hullo, sorry if this is a multiple post! Been trying to post since this morning but I don't think it's worked. I saved it to try pasting again later:

It was sooo good! (Very special to see it two nights in a row, too!) Still buzzin'! Fine, fine work, gentlemen (and ladies) of the Dwarf. Top notch... First rate! Didn't expect anything less. Definitely delivered on the tantalising promise whispered to us, all those months ago. And that's just the first ep! Priceless guffaw-giving Kryten moments too. Nice one Krytie (and team)!
The boyz are back in town. Thanks so much!

ps. Love the feel of several series merged, in the styling - like "one glorious whole". Class.

Thanks a million time, my beloved Red Dwarf is back with a vengeance.
Brilliant script, delivered beyond perfection from the cast. (Kryten best as usual)

Don't drink and watch Red Dwarf X at the same time.....

now i'll go mop up all the coffee that came out of my nose,
(and it was my third viewing of the episode) :-o

After 10 minutes I was thinking "oh no, this isn't it!", but then it REALLY took off and I was in stitches for the remainder of the episode!! A big 'well done!' to the entire cast and crew and thank you sincerely for putting an ear-to-ear smile on my face. :)

Episode 4 - best one yet - really felt like classic Red Dwarf!! I was a little worried when I heard RD was coming back, just because the later series of the show had slightly lost the feel of the classic first few series - but series X has REALLY brought it back to life. Please tell me they're going to commission more series after this?

Great Guys, lets hope there are more series made, as it would be such a shame if thats all there is.....
